What are the benefits of signing up for a subscription?

Getting a subscription gives you a convenient way to purchase Cellular Hydration™ on an ongoing basis. Signing up ensures that you automatically get Cellular Hydration™ sent to you every 2 weeks or monthly without having to place a new order.

What are the available subscription options?

Cellular Hydration™ subscriptions are available in a variety of different options: 12, 24, or 36 cans delivered either every 2 weeks or monthly.

Can I use both the sitewide 10% discount and my Hydration Partner discount with this subscription?

The sitewide 10% discount and the Cellular Hydration™ Hydration Partner discount can both be stacked with any subscription order.

What happens if the payment for my subscription fails?

If your payment is unsuccessful, an email will be sent to your registered email address notifying you of the failed payment and prompting you to update your payment method. Upon updating your payment details, the original charge for your subscription will be placed again within 24 hours—no new order is necessary.

Do I need to pay a subscription fee?

No additional fees will be charged for a subscription—you only pay for your cans of Cellular Hydration™ and nothing else.

Does my subscription have an expiration date?

For maximal convenience, your subscription will continue on an ongoing basis until cancelled or modified.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription by logging in to the Cellular Hydration™ website and accessing your user account settings.

Please note that all cancellations must be made no less than 72 hours before your next billing date in order to take effect.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will no longer be renewed, but you will still be able to enjoy the benefits of your existing subscription until the end of the current billing cycle.

Instead of cancelling my subscription, can I modify it instead?

As with cancellations, you may modify your subscription by logging in to the Cellular Hydration™ website and accessing your user account settings.

In order for the modification(s) to take effect before your next billing cycle, they must be made at least 1 day before your subscription is scheduled for renewal.
