Order Process

a. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, we will send out an order confirmation email with your order summary and delivery address. Order processing will take 2 to 3 business days before your order is ready to leave the warehouse.

b. Shipment Notification

Once your order is shipped, a shipment notification with the tracking information and expected delivery date will be sent via email. You can then track your package on our shipping partner's website. Alternatively, you can check the order status under your account in our website.

c. Order Completion

Once your order has been successfully delivered, we will send a final email notifying you of the order completion.

Shipping & Delivery

a. Shipping Fees

Shipping is free for orders shipped within Singapore. For orders shipped outside Singapore, shipping fee is calculated at checkout. We currently ship to Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.

Bulk Orders : For orders with quantity >10, please reach out to our customer service at service@cellularhydration.sg to arrange bulk purchases.

b. When I can receive my parcel?

Time taken depends on your shipping destination. Here are delivery timeframes to expect based on shipping destination, in addition to time taken to process your order.

Can I cancel or change my order after confirmation?

If your order is still awaiting payment, good news – it is possible to change or cancel your order. Kindly contact our customer service at service@cellularhydration.sg to do so and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days. However, if your order has been paid and awaiting fulfilment or has been shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy instead

Can I change my shipping address after order confirmation?

If your order is still awaiting payment or awaiting fulfilment, you may be able to change your shipping address. Kindly contact our customer service at service@cellularhydration.sg to change your shipping address and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Can I pick up my order from a store?

Currently, we do not provide in-store pick up service.

What happens if I missed my delivery?

We will send you an email advising that your shipping partner was unable to deliver your order. You can then contact them directly to reschedule another delivery or amend your delivery address. However, after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us, and redelivery charges will apply!

What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged?

We are sorry to hear that. Please contact customer service at service@cellularhydration.sg and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

I received a defective/wrong item.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. We do not deliver to areas that are remote or require a security pass/clearance, a safety briefing or donning of safety gears.
